Zoom Tan Blasdell is always spotless and inviting, but what really stands out is the customer service — especially the two young ladies who work the check-in desk on Tuesdays. They’re always smiling, upbeat, and incredibly helpful. It’s clear they put in the effort to make every customer feel welcome. Their positive energy makes a big difference. Keep up the great work!

Excellent customer service. Hannah, at the Milestrip Rd in Hamburg salon, set me up and explained everything!! It's nice walking into a business and actually seeing smiling faces along with a greeting. Doesn't happen much anymore! But, the WHOLE staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Very clean and bulbs are actually HOT!! LOVE IT!! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

There is a young woman, named Hannah, that works here and is beyond the most respectful, pleasant and happiest young woman I have ever seen in customer service. Seeing her just puts a smile on your face and she is so welcoming. By far one of the best employees this corporation has and she should be recognized for her hard work and dedication.

All the employees at the Hamburg McKinley location are super friendly and the booths are always clean with fresh new bulbs.

I’ve been coming to Zoom Tan off & on for many years now. I have been greeted by many Miserable ZOOM employees! Amazing how one person can really set the tone.I must say, this past experience has been the most pleasant ever! Hanna behind the desk at McKinley Parkway, Hamburg NY has greeted me every single time with a sincere smile & proficiency. Customer Service seems to be non existent anymore! With everything that’s going on in the world, a SMILE & kindness goes a long way! One never knows what someone is going through. Kudos to Hanna for being a genuine human! She is definitely an asset to the business!🙌🏼
