I love this location! Kia Delany makes the whole experience for me. She's pleasant to be around, social and is very knowledgeable about lotions and all services they offer. I'll keep coming here because of her! The beds are always clean and warm! Never had a problem with blown bulbs or long waits! Love it here
My experience has been very positive since coming to this location in Binghamton, NY. All of the employees are very friendly and welcoming. It’s also clean which is very important. Kia is sure to always put a smile on my face!
Kaimesha is so sweet and welcoming. She took her time and explained the entire spray process and answered all of my questions. Didn’t make me feel rushed, and very knowledgeable! Entire place was very clean! 10/10 recommend!
Zoom Tan is fantastic! I always get greeted with a smile every time I TAN there. The employees are very knowledgeable as well. The rooms are very clean and I never have to wait when I get there. I give them 5 stars!!
Always Clean, Bulbs always good. Just the cost of it, in this economy isn’t easy I buy memberships when their on sale other then that idt I could keep up w the mthly membership what happened to 10.99 or 20.99 for a mth😅🤣 Love You Zoom Tan😆
