I sent an email to support on the 22nd of February and I also called last week to cancel my membership and they told me it was canceled and then I wake up today and my card is charged and now I got to go through all this nonsense to get the money back I will never tan with this place again if you don't make it easy to cancel my membership is easy it was to sign up what deceptions are you doing like I'm so sick of this. I want to cancel and I want my money back. Why do I have to keep fighting to not have this membership it's a month-to-month I don't want it again the locations are too far

I've been a Customer of Zoom Tan since, they opened in Cape Coral, Fl. 12 yrs ago. I've loved the fact that Booths were always clean; Friendly Staff; Price's were affordable & always Purchased all my Products at the Salon but then, to receive a Text letting me know my "Monthly Amount was going to "Triple come 4/1/23" & would include nothing more then an "Extra 2 Min.'s of Tan time". I could see maybe a $10 Increase but, to hit your Customer's with an Extra $29 a Month is outrageous. Customer Loyalty apparently means Nothing anymore which, is very Sad!

I’m really truly appalled at this customer service. I explained in detail the hoops I’ve had to jump to get some type of help, wether it be from emailing to calling to going into the salon. PLEASE, do not tan here. They clearly care about payments more than they do about customers. I’m out real money and they know it, and they could care less. One review had an email attached to it, I can back up that I fully believe every word she spoke and that the email situation is unfortunately all too real. I’m at the point where I literally got a new debit card and am just going to let their payments pile up on my old one and throw it away in the trash. There’s zero helping here, only COMPLETELY unprofessional behavior. I mean it’s right there for you to see in their reply to an unhappy comment here

I would rather just the kiosk to check in than with the Unfriendly check in associate at the Estero location. Doesnt smile or say thank you or have a nice day. And zoom tan corporate customer service has alot to be desired. I spoke to an associate at corporate, also email and have not heard back yet. My boyfriend thought a gift card would be a great Christmas gift since I have been tanning with Zoom tan for 10+ years. When he purchased the $100 gift card, he was NOT informed it could not be used for my monthly fee. I have eczema and cannot use products so I am now stuck with a $100 gift card I cannot use. I was told I could cancel, rejoin for a higher price and use the card for the 1st month only. Who makes these rules? And what would it affect Zoom Tan to apply it to my next 4 mths? Thi

Their customer service staff and management are as unprofessional as you can be. Notice how on all reviews across the board they never respond to customer feedback whether it be good or bad. This company is amateur, paying staff minimum wage with no regard or care for their customers. In half their store their bulbs are old and past due a change and they simply don't care enough to effectively control it. Read some of the reviews from customers across some of their stores. They don't train their staff properly or even care for their staff, hence the high turnover. There are other tanning places out there with a more more customer care friendly environment that treat their staff with respect.
