They Only know how to shave the head and leave the top gelled up, this time we asked for a mid fade and they left my son messed up, with patches and all. I would suggest if your kid is getting used to getting his hair cut take him somewhere else .

This is the best place ever for kids haircuts. I have tried cartoon cuts, Sharkey’s kids hair salon and they are good but this place has outstanding service all the way… I have taken my 6 year old son since he was 3 years old, he has special needs and the patience and attention that they have for him is amazing, the owner is the sweetest person. They have it very kid friendly and clean. I just took today my other son for the first time (17 months old) and he loved it and did amazing. We will continue to go to this place and I would truly recommend to anyone. Thank you Zoo Cuts and the owner Dilzia for always going above & beyond for a great experience.

Extremely disappointed in their work! The woman who cut my sons hair was extremely rough with my son and even cut higher up. I mentioned how I was not happy with the cut and she said oh well I can cut it higher up his forehead to fix it, never again!!! They still charged me and asked if I wanted to add tip, so sad. My son has not stopped crying about his haircut and these woman have the rudest face when you walk in it’s terryfing to know they work cutting children’s hair!!! Horrible service , I do not recommend

I am a bit ambivalent about my son's first haircut experience. The ladies made his (and our) first haircut experience enjoyable however I would have like to see a bit more enthusiasm when giving that first experience to us as parents. I am a firm believer in firsts because firsts never come again. Also, the building could do with a bit of an upgrade. Especially for the prices of the hair cuts. What matters most is that my son felt safe and the cut came out looking super cute

Love this place! The owner and everyone is super nice. They do a great job. I bring my kids here since they were 1 year old and they always did an amazing job to earn their trust, give them toys so they dont cry, and now my kids love coming here. We have always had great experience here.
