Zol Nails

I previously got my nails done here and it was really nice. But his time around, I got a filling done and the color began to chip after one day. I got my nails done on the 24th of October and on the 25 it began to chip. I contacted the owner and i informed her that I would not be able to come in on the Saturday and requested to come in on Sunday. She informed me that they were closed on Sunday. So, I came in on Tuesday because I worked on Monday. I let the young lady know that the color might lift again. She assured me that it wouldn’t. Unfortunately, it did and the acrylic began to come off as well. I contacted the owner once again to inform her of what was going on with my nails. She hung up in my face. I contacted her several times after this and she did not answer. U tried once again a

My mom had an appointment and showed up on time. When she was already almost at the salon, the nail tech texted her saying she would be an hour late because she was behind- with ZERO notice beforehand. My mom waited over an hour and 10 minutes past her scheduled time. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful of a customer’s time. If you can’t manage appointments or communicate properly, you shouldn’t be booking them.

They are both really nice and welcoming. Provided great customer service 10/10 and did my nails amazing. Definitely returning!

Great place to come do your nails, they do everything here. If they don’t have something, they make sure to find a way to give you what you want!! I went in for the first time today, I’m usually very picky on where to go when I want my nails done, they made me feel welcomed and even had me engage in a conversation with the lovely workers there. Mercedes was very kind and patient with me. I wanted encapsulated flowers on two fingers with light purple and she made sure I got what I wanted. She took her time to shape them exactly how I wanted and even asked me time to time if there was something I wanted her to fix. Friendly customer service and very professional with their work. Mercedes did my nails and… wow. She did amazing. I Lovee the way they came out. All the staff is also very friendly and welcoming. I am definitely coming back here.
