Ease of getting an appointment, clean and friendly environment. My nail tech Sylvia is a perfectionist, she is skillful and I get the perfect manicure from her every time.

Ada is terrific… excellent nail technician!! Salon is extremely clean and has a tremendous amount of color to choose from… When I came into the shop today I showed her a picture of the Thanksgiving theme color i wanted for my nails within a minute she got everything organized and I walked out having the exact nails I wanted….. excellent job. !!!! 🙂 Only downside, they insist on cash tips to the point of annoyance

I walked in for a regular manicure and opted for the 60$ spa pedicure with a 20 min massage. Most of the 20 mins the tech spend zoning out and weirdly rubbing my shin bone. She cut my toe nails down, no filing, no buffing, didn’t touch the cuticles or the obvious ingrowns. Fine. Then the manicure, no soaking, no cuticle cutting, she decided I was getting gel and started before I noticed. At this point I was so ready to leave I let it go in the interest of time. She did a terribly sloppy job on the gel color, no lotion or 30 second hand massage. Maybe things have changed and those things aren’t regularly part of a mani/pedi anymore, but I was hoping for better. My mistake for not making an appointment with an experienced technician.

According to the reviews , It looks like several customers have been having less than favorable results from the various services provided at ZL Nails. I recently had a very good experience, though. Vincent provided me with a pedicure and I was very happy with the service. I explained exactly how I like my toe nails to look and he listened and did just as I explained. He was courteous and friendly and meticulous with his technique.

I absolutely love this nail salon . I go about once a month for a pedicure (always so good) & sometimes for nails. I never ask for anyone because everyone there is so good ! Today David did exactly what I wanted . He was patient with me and made sure I got what I wanted. 5 plus stars for me . Awesome nail salon. 💅
