5/5 AMAZING EXPERIENCE! From the moment I stepped foot into the salon, I was greeted warmly by everyone - it immediately set the tone for such a welcoming and comfortable experience. I was helped right away and even offered a beverage before my service began, which was such a nice touch! I also want to mention how refreshing it was that they had no issue doing acrylic on my toes. I’ve been to other nail salons in the past that either said they couldn’t do it or simply wouldn’t, but here it was absolutely no problem at all. They made the whole process easy and professional. My nail artist, Ryan, was incredible. He was extremely precise and attentive, showing me each design and detail as he worked to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. The pedicure was great!! Really enjoyed. But then the guy who did my nails was awful. I have literally had my nails done for 1 day, spent 25 dollars extra for the chrome and it is already chipping. Plus he was not very pleasant, acted like he did not want to be there. And one thumb looks totally different from the other. I am very disappointed for the amount of money I spent I am not happy.

Other shops have done better. I would like to give 2.5 stars bc my manicure and pedicure were half bad and half good. Everyone was super nice and polite. Shop was clean with nice music and tvs. Unfortunately, I went for a service which did not provide the supple skin I expected on the bottom of my feet upon completion. I left with moist skin that was dry and hard later that night bc dead skin wasn't removed. If I went back, I would want someone else to do my pedicure. My nails are pretty, but the manicurist reshaped my nails by filing them down to half their length 😡 and slightly crooked on some. I l would recommend this guy named Jason. He seemed to be doing a great job on the customer sitting next to me.

Summer is a miracle worker!! I got a full acrylic set done at a different salon and it turned out so horribly. I went to Zizi to hopefully get them fixed, but I honestly was afraid I would have to soak them off and start over. Rather than push me to get a whole new set, which would have been more expensive, she said she would try to fix them. She did better than just fix them, she made them perfect! She was so quick and efficient but did not lack any attention to detail. First 2 pictures are the before, and last 2 are after Summer worked her magic. So happy with my nails!

I had the absolute worst experience here today. I arrived at 10:15am for a soak off and a red French full set. This should have taken a maximum of 2 hours. Not only did I walk out with misshaped, off colored, poorly filed nails, but I was charged $105 and I didn’t walk out until 1:45pm! I sat for 45 minutes before THE HOST began soaking my nails off. I have no idea if he’s a manicurist or not but he was very kind and apologetic. Never once during this wait time, where there wasn’t that many people present, did a manager come address me. The host had to start and stop my soak off/drilling process as more customers arrived. I also watched the two customers ahead of me come and go before my soak off was completed. I sat for another 30 minutes or so before I asked the host to just wrap up th
