I scheduled a 2 hour massage late in the day 445 on Sunday. I needed a deep tissue and I was not disappointed. The massage was fantastic perfect pressure throughout the entire 2 hour experience. I followed it with a soak, sauna and cold plunge at the hot springs. Amazing experience, I feel great! I will definately be back next time I'm in town, highly recommend!

Went in for a birthday massage. Let me just say, it was an absolute experience! I was set up with Tonna. She integrated so much more than your average massage. So much warmth and care radiates from her! So good I went and booked my husband a massage for the following week. Incredible space they have created with wonderful humans caring for the clients. I planned a sisters retreat to the Zion area and chose ZionZen for our relaxation day. For me, it was a magical rebirth as I was submerged into a full Reiki and Massage session with Holly. Life changing. I am forever grateful for our paths crossing. My balance feels corrected and old stagnant energy that I have been trying to move for a long time has finally been released. I typically don’t write negative reviews, but due to this experience, I feel it’s warranted. I chose ZionZen Massage based on their 5-star Google reviews and booked a 90-minute massage for February 1. When I arrived, the person at the counter informed me that she would be performing my massage. I did notice people gathering in a room adjacent to the business but didn’t think much of it at the time. I followed Winter, the massage therapist, to the treatment room. She asked about my purpose for coming in, and I explained that I was going through some stressful situations and was hoping to de-stress and relax. Tonna at Zion Zen Massage is a literal healer. I threw my back out during a move and could barely walk. I tried chiropractic care first and it only seemed to make things worse. I hobbled into Tonna’s studio desperate for relief, and what happened next honestly amazed me. Her skillset is expansive. Cupping, shiatsu, hot stones, stretching, deep muscle work, sound therapy, crystal work. She intuitively knew exactly what my body needed. My back feels brand new and somehow my soul feels lighter too. She is incredibly gifted and such a local treasure. I have already recommended her to friends and family and will continue to do so.
