Had a good experience, loved my eyebrows and my Daughter’s as well, husband decided to give it a try as well, and he was pleased to have a natural looking man eyebrow. Thank you for your expertise and professionalism. Will be coming back.

Every time I’m going there to get my eyebrow or full face done, they cut my skin even though I let them know before that my skin is so sensitive. Please be gentle and don’t do fast so yesterday I went to get my full face done with the lady, she was working at the first chair and I told her that my skin so sensitive and I want to get full face and nobody was there when she started at the first she cut all my cheeks why should I pay $42 dollars for full face and $10 for tips and she cuts all my cheeks and left so much hair in my face .

I’ve been going to Zia for over 10 years, and they always provide great service. I’ve had threading done by Gigi, Anila (the owner), and today Nedia - all are fantastic and make my brows look amazing. So glad I live nearby and grateful for the convenient hours! I’ve done walk-ins and make appointments if I know I’m going during a busy time.

I do not recommend coming to this eyebrow threading salon! My eyebrows came out lopsided and uneven with no arch and the lady doing them tried to charge me extra for trimming them. Stay away!

I normally go here and get whomever is available. Today a lady messed up my eyebrows so bad, they didn’t even charge me. I had to ask another girl to come and try to clean up what she messed up. She then gave me her card so I can ask for her next time. I have a big gash in one of them and she cut off the top of the brow as well. Smh. That’s why I gave them a one star this time.
