I had an amazing experience getting a facial at Zeta Aesthetics NYC! Calista is warm, professional and incredibly skilled. All the products she used felt wonderful on my skin; my face felt great and was glowing afterwards. The spa room is cozy, clean and has a relaxed environment. The owner, Elizabeth, is so knowledgeable and kind, and took the time to recommend products for my skin. I had my first laser treatment along with the amazing facial for facial sunspots, and a week later I'm pleased with the results. My skin wasn't irritated at all, and the spots already appear a bit lighter. I felt completely safe throughout the process—Calista was highly skilled and confident, which put me at ease. I had a wonderful experience at Zeta Aesthetics. I’ve had several treatments (microneedling, laser genesis and a peal), done by Eirene and will continue to see Eirene. I wholeheartedly trust her and value her opinion, she individualizes treatments based on your concerns. With microneedling, literally NEEDLES in your face, you want someone who is skilled. I waited years to get microneedling and now I’m glad I did because I found Eirene. Treatments are done in a clean cozy sterile room. Prices are fair; however, I’m not looking for the “lowest” price when it comes to treatments in my face. I’m looking for a skilled professional, who cares about your results. When I leave, I look forward to my next treatment. 10/10 recommend.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience with Eirini. On my first visit, she gave me a facial that made me glow and made me feel comfortable and cared for. On my next visits, we did Laser Genesis and an IPL photofacial, and she took the time to explain everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Eirini is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She has a calm, reassuring presence that makes the entire experience feel relaxing and safe. The most amazing facial experience!! I traveled from Massachusetts to Elizabeth’s beautiful & clean spa, Zeta Aesthetics and had a wonderful facial from Calista. She did an amazing job targeting my acne and introduced me to laser treatment, that has already improved my skin. I left feeling cleaner than ever!
