Did an amazing job on my locs, I will be coming back. Shops very clean and everyone is very professional.

We were a walk in. Had to wait but the environment was very welcoming and friendly. The wait became no issue. Very clean salon and has a lot of versatility. They have Locticians, braiders and a barber. Definitely will be a returning customer for services for both of my children.

I’ve been going to Zess Locs since January of 2025. I was nervous at first about starting the process, but my Loctician, Noonie, reassured me. She educated me about the process and gave me an outlook for my hair journey. She also ensured that I knew how to take care of my hair in between my retwist appointments. My hair has grown significantly and my family has even said that my hair looks the healthiest it’s ever looked now that I have started my loc process. The atmosphere at Zess Locs feels very homey and welcoming. The environment is always clean and well kept. It’s a very well designed and innovative layout. The owner, Zess, really took the time to be thoughtful about the layout —a statement that speaks throughout their service— with intent, thought, and care.
