Zero Gravity Massage of Nashville

I was traveling for work and needed to find an affordable massage because I had a knot on my shoulder that was killing me. Luckily I found this place and was able to schedule a last minute appointment. The process was very simple and upon arrival the instructions said to call a number for help. I was guided to the room where the chairs were in and was provided with instructions on how to use the equipment. The experience was amazing because it was customized for my needs and height. The owner made himself available for any issues. Overall I really enjoyed the massage and was able to get my shoulder back to normal. Highly recommend!

This is by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time access to the room and also the video instructions were very helpful and easy to use. I’m giving five stars because I will definitely return in the near future.

Rude customer service, said they didn't take Groupon but very much advertising on Groupon site that they do, also allows for dates to be booked the lady said they were full. Nothing was cancelled and refunded until I hung up on you for being rude. Your website allowed me to book for the time and date I wanted but then you later said it was booked. You also stated you didn't even take Groupon but it's clearly on the website, and you just admitted to it. Don't even come at me or I will post the recording of our call next.

It was a bit confusing at first but we called for help and Breanna was very nice and super helpful! They remotely open the door for you, and remotely start the chair as well. You go in, take your shoes off, sanitize the chair, sit down, and follow the instructions to get started! The chair is very comfortable and the massage was so incredible! We did have one issue with my chair, the compression was not working at all. We called and although they couldn't fix it they made it right and where super understanding. We will definitely be coming back. Amazing experience you have to try this!!

Intelligent money grab. The lady on the phone was helpful. The chairs don’t do anything special. You’d be better off using one of the chairs at the mall.
