I dont normally write reviews but I had to this time. I was a bit skeptical about the "zero gravity massage" idea. I wasn't sure if it would be as effective as a conventional massage in hitting key spots. But it works, if not better. You can even personalize the program based on specific areas that may need extra attention or pressure. The session & room is private and peaceful, if you need some "me" time or a break from the daily/weekly hustle. Depending on the appointment time, you may struggle with parking, but it is usually easy to find parking right infront of the building. The host is also very responsive, attentive and considerate if you are running late, as long as you communicate. Overall I had a great experience, and I will be returning a 3rd time for sure. No hesitation from me.
