Paul is so talented. I have not had a massage in over 10 years because I suffer from major anxiety. He took a lot of time with me, explain the process and how movement therapy works. I felt comfortable the whole time. I am even looking forward to my next massage. I truly can't explain how amazing the experience was, I know people love massges but when you have anxiety something like this can be so scary. I was relaxed and comfortable the whole time. Truly out of this world!
