ZenTress Head Spa

This was my first time receiving this type of massage, and my experience at ZenTress was a 10/10. The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. The place is very clean and well organized. When you arrive, they offer you a drink, then they examine your scalp, and afterward the massage therapy begins. You truly feel like you leave as a renewed person. I would definitely go back.

This was a great experience! The staff was knowledgeable and friendly and it was just the best. There was a mechanical massage table that works during your scalp treatment. Would definitely recommend!

So Relaxing & Worth It! I recently treated myself to a head spa experience and it was honestly one of the most relaxing services I’ve ever had. From the moment I sat down, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and peaceful. The gentle scalp massage combined with the treatments felt absolutely amazing. The technician was professional and explained each step, which made me feel really comfortable. My scalp felt so refreshed and deeply cleansed afterward, and my hair was noticeably softer and shinier. I didn’t realize how much tension I hold in my head until that massage melted it all away. It’s the perfect mix of self-care and luxury. If you’re stressed, dealing with a dry scalp, or just want to pamper yourself, I highly recommend booking a head spa. I will definitely be going back!

*False Advertisement ~ Be Aware* Do not be misled by this advertisement on their website, “Relax with a soothing head, neck, and shoulder massage.” We went today and they did not massage anything. This bed pictured “massaged” us while we were in it, but they did not touch our neck or shoulders. We were charged $150 each to have our hair shampooed (note, my husband is bald). It was pretty disappointing overall. I would not have scheduled at that price if I’d have known what we were receiving. The shampoo and scalp cleaning was fine that’s why I gave any stars. What doesn’t sit right with me is the misrepresentation of service and the obscene charge for services not including the massage advertised.

So let me start off by saying that my experience here was nothing short of amazing! The customer service is top tier! I was visiting the area and this place was a recommendation from a friend. I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis and thought I would try their scalp massage services. It was a very relaxing experience for me I would highly recommend trying this service. Nice and clean establishment, welcoming and friendly staff.
