Zen's Nails

First I’d like to say that the manager was amazing she did her very best to rectify the situation. However there’s an older woman there who has no business touching nails. She destroyed my perfectly healthy nails, she applied so much acrylic it got stuck to the skin around my nails and fingers, the acrylic wasn’t ready to be applied so I ended up with rough nails, the amount of acrylic applied was extremely excessive, there was no shape or definition to my nails and after it started burning I told her I wanted another nail tech and her entire demeanor changed. She said I was picky and cut off my long nails in a rough way, then left me sitting there with my hands in cold acrylic and water completely ignoring me. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best pedicure ever! My cuticles were so clean, and they took amazing care of my ingrown toenail — I didn’t feel a thing while they worked on it! The polish came out absolutely perfect, and the massage was so relaxing I almost fell asleep. Highly recommend! 💅✨

Got my nails done It wasnt the best experience. The lady that dis my nails, really didn't do a very good job. After asking for a specific color I didn't even get what I wanted. She had someone else do the design. Thank goodness that nail tech was amazing. However when I returned to the original nail tech she continued to do a horrible job. I left and had to return because I noticed the sides of my nails where bumpy. Pictures included, thats how I was allowed to walk out like. When I walked back in I ended up waiting for an additional half hour while she continued to talk to her coworkers and finish a pedicure.
