I always get so many complements on my braids for weeks after they are finished. Great prices, Quick service. I've been going to this place for years and I have no reason to change.

UNBELIEVABLE! I wish I could give this place a negative star!! First thing , I will never recommend or go to this place AGAIN! Two braiders , the one without kids is the worst ! She has an attitude and not welcoming. ( pick a different job) I asked for knotless short braids , some of my braids are knotless some are not!! I didn’t notice until I got home! They stop and start so much it’s crazy!!!

You call for an appointment and the stylist quote a price, once you arrive the price change. The stylist are magicians because they disappear in the process of braiding your hair and return when they feel like it. I sat in the chair for over five hour for simple cornrow style. When I expressed how they wasted my time they became arguementive. If you looking for professionalism Zenia’s is not the place to be. The style was close to what I asked for. I gave them one star for opening the door.

I've been coming to zenia's since 2015. She has always given me a fantastic hair style. I will continue to give this shop my patronage. We should support our people and there businesses. If you have issues try communicating these in a reasonable manner, remember some of the stylist do not speak fluent english and trying to get a quote over the phone can cause issues later, so be a little patient with these stylist and support them they really are good people and trying to do an excellent job. I will admit that there is a need for a more professional atmosphere which i will politely address with the owner but I know she will be open to any suggestions we offer as to improve the quality of time we all spend there. Charged me 90 dollars for about 10 feedin in braids .. not to mention kids running all over and tugging on me and she had to keep stopping... they do good hair but not worth the long wait and unprofessional behavior. Lost me as a customer !
