I booked my first 60 minute deep tissue massage with Beth a week ago. It was one of the best massages I have had in San Diego. Beth had a warm and friendly personality but also a skilled massage therapist. Beth listened to what areas I wanted concentrate on during the intake consultation. I asked her to concentrate on my back (Trapezius, Rhomboids, latissimus dorsi) after some overuse from a week long surf trip. After quickly warming up my muscles, to receive some deeper pressure, Beth applied the appropriate pressure to release tight muscles. She constantly checked in to ensure the level of pressure applied was satisfactory. I left feeling relaxed during the massage, and a few I had less muscle pain and tightness of my back. I had a great massage experience with Beth. She is incredibly knowledgeable of human anatomy; a great clinical sense. I have a neuromuscular condition which is very sensitive to massage, and Beth hit the sweet spot of therapeutic release for my spastic, wound-up muscles. Five star experience, will return.
