Zero stars if I could. They cut the bottom of my foot so badly with the scrubber. And I woke up that night in excruciating pain in my big toes both of them because the woman dig so much in there with no actual ingrown nail. Have to go to the podiatrist now. NEVER COMING BACK

My boyfriend and I walked into Zen Spa for a relaxing experience together, but it ended up being incredibly disappointing. We were seated next to each other expecting to receive services at the same time — but no one acknowledged that they didn’t have enough staff to accommodate us both. A woman named Sharon started working on my feet, but she seemed rushed and barely engaged. Meanwhile, no one touched or even acknowledged my boyfriend at all. It was clear they weren’t prepared to serve us as a pair, yet no one communicated that to us. Out of respect for him, I ended my service early — I wasn’t going to sit through the whole thing while he just sat there waiting.
