I normally don’t go out of my way to write bad reviews since it can hurt a business but when a place goes out of their way to not be kind I don’t appreciate it as a customer. I went in asking for a gel pedicure which I got. That was fine. Then I asked the lady if I could just get my cuticles cut because my nails were already short and filed and I didn’t want nail polish. It took the girl only a few minutes to do so. The boss then charged me $18 for a manicure. I stated I did not want a manicure that I only wanted my cuticles cut. It should have been $5 max. She said it didn’t matter I have to pay for one and asked why I didn’t want a manicure anyways? (Not relevant for her to know). Then she told me I would also get a hand “massage”. The girl had nothing to file because I just cut my nails

Got gel nails with design and I love it! Place is clean and orderly, workers are kind and hardworking. I’ve been to 4 nail salons before where I’ve been nicked, nails were too chunky, or wayyy to expensive; Zen Nails was the first time I actually enjoyed my session and my results. Will definitely be coming back! Shoutout to Serena who color matched my nails perfectly with my inspo picture, Mia who made sure I was comfortable and liked my results, and the Owner who did my nails exactly how I wanted them!

I actually love to come here a lot and their place is very clean, they work fast which I end up with good quality nails! The price of the nails are also way better than other places.

super rushed. took 25 mins MAX for a dip manicure. didn’t clean up my cuticles before hand and did a few seconds of prep. went in with cuticle cutters after she was done. everything was dirty and filled with powder. i had gel nails coming in and she just filed everything off instead of soaking them off like is normally done leaving my nails thin and damaged. wouldn’t let me leave until she made sure her venmo tip had gone through. i wanted something cheaper than my regular place and you definitely get what you pay for here. called and asked about prices for dip, was told 35 and paid almost 50 with tip. i recommend villa of colors in media a lot more!!! they always do a great job and never rush, the slightly higher price is definitely worth it.

Best nail salon!! The service here is great and they truly care for their clients. I got my nails done and was treated with the utmost care. I initially chose to get a French tip design on my index and ring fingers with a white base (bad idea, don’t ever do that) and my request was accepted (my nail tech hesitated a little but that’s because anyone in their right mind knows that won’t look good). After getting it done, I realized that I wasn’t the biggest fan of the design/color combo I chose. So, I asked if I could pay to get my index and ring fingers redone and she said I could do so the next day.
