I went in this afternoon around 3 PM for a gel manicure and these were the results. Super rushed service, and there was no one in there, so it’s not like they were busy. A year or two ago, this was my go-to nail salon. The last 5 or 6 times I’ve gone, my nails consistently come out like this. The cuticles are always a mess. The polish on the middle nail is already peeling up — I can tell the whole nail will lift within a day or two. I could have done a better job myself. $30 down the drain. Really disappointed. I think it’s time to give up on this place unfortunately.

Customer service was great for a first time customer but not happy with my dip nails. Nail tech Tony I think his name is, rushed his work, did not remove the prior acrylic powder off my nail instead he smoothen it out so I wouldn’t notice. On top of that I did not get any of my dead skin removed, and no cuticle oil or lotion when I was finished. If I’m paying $60 I would appreciate the maximum treatment. $60 to remove acrylic nails and get a dip manicure is ridiculous in my opinion. It’s $45 in the hood.

The inside was clean, organized, perfectly fine. There wasn't crazy music, as I've seen described in other reviews. A few things I wasn't thrilled about: WHO WAS IN THE BACK ROOM SMOKING THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE?!?!? What the hell? Yeah, nothing says relaxing spa like second hand smoke. Ugh!!!! Also, I get it, you work on feet all day, but would some eye contact and/or basic level friendliness be out of order? The pedicure was fine, but, damn, it was 13 minutes long, start to finish. $25 plus tip for 13 minutes and second hand smoke.

This used to be my go to nail salon from 2013 to 2016. I wanted to give them a try again, but was disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. The customer service was great and everyone in there is very nice and friendly. However, I had to have them fix my pedicure because they applied oils and lotions to my feet and legs after my regular pedicure, causing the topcoat to bubble and smudge. After leaving and looking at my pedicure outside in the daylight, I found that there were more smudges and I went back inside and had them fix it. My gel manicure looked fine, but it hasn’t even been a week and there’s two chips already in it. I’ve never had a gel manicure chip this early. She also nicked my cuticle causing it to bleed and scab. When spending money on a service like this, I’m hoping th
