Zen Nail Spa

I’ve been coming to this nail salon for years now. The salon is always very clean, and not that strong of chemical from nails. They are very nice, respect of what you want and gives you warm entrance when you walk in. Lynn is amazing and such a caring person. I’ve been going to her and her only for years now. She’s very professional and loves to do her job. Her husband is very kind and respectful too All the employees are very nice. I’ve never had a problem with them at all. I show them pictures of what i want & they give me it every time. I ABSOLUTELY WILL FOREVER RECOMMEND THEM!!🩷🙌🏼💅🏼💅🏼

I coughed and was not only made like I was diseased also the so called owner mocked my cough which is a medical condition that happens when I’m in a smaller area and a lot of dust or dirt is being moved around and when I explained that was rushed and my nails turned out to look like a child did them I will never return and will be telling all my friends that get their nails done there(the people that referred me to this place) as well as people who ever ask me where to get my nails done at not to even entertain this place. Leaving a nail salon crying because of how you were treated is not ok and being mocked by the so called owner is even worse. Update these are my nails I had done FRIDAY! She remembered my name, where I worked, and even the little details about my life and she still does. That level of care is rare and so meaningful. Lynn is incredibly warm, personable, and genuinely amazing. Her husband and the rest of the nail techs do an outstanding job every single time. The atmosphere here is welcoming and comfortable, which is why not only I come here, but my entire family and so many of my friends do as well. They truly care about quality they don’t cut corners or choose the cheapest products. They use the best products at fair prices, and it shows in their work. My fav. Lynn is always on point with nail designs. If you show her a Pic she can duplicate easily. Nails always beautiful.

I’ve patronized this establishment numerous times over the years. I recently came in with no appointment and was seen with no problem; so this past Tuesday o thought that I would stop in to get two nails repaired and the lady at the desk asked me if I had been there before. And I said yes but I didn’t understand why and I told her which person did my nails. She continued to tell me that I needed a fill in on order to get my nails done and I asked why and she couldn’t answer and insisted on me getting a refill when it was wasn’t required. So I told her that I’m not going to argue with someone that I’m paying and I walked out. This establishment has gone down in the customer service drastically with the employees changing constantly.
