Zen Nail Bar

Worst experience ever. Two of us went in for a manicure and pedicure, but it felt more like a rushed, chaotic "express" service. I was tended to by the cashier, who was constantly shuffling between my service, another customer, and cashing out clients. She was incredibly rough—she filed my skin instead of my nails and was pulling at my nails while cutting them. My skin literally hurts like I came back from a fight. There was no massage, just a terrible soak in a bowl. She completely missed putting on cuticle oil, and my nails still desperately need cleaning and grooming. I can't wait to get them properly fixed in a week. The person who came with me didn't fare any better. She was never given a water soak during her manicure, and the guy servicing her told her she was "good to go" while her

I LOVE this place. Jason does the BEST Gel-X and his attention to detail is unmatched. I always look forward to my monthly appointments with him. Lovely staff and environment. Thank you Zen Nail Bar!!! ❤️

I have been coming to Zen nail bar for years and always have a wonderful experience!! They are so kind and accommodating. My nails always look fantastic. I recommend the zen signature pedi for a relaxing pedicure. And I usually get gel manicure which always looks great! My favorite nail spot in the valley

When I moved to Sherman Oaks I tried a bunch of different nail salons in the area. Zen Nails is the best, both in their service and in their results. Great mani pedis and the French manicures I often get there are better than any of the ones I’ve gotten anywhere else

I love this salon. J and Jason are the sweetest and so detail oriented. It is clean and they do a phenomenal job executing my visions!
