Zen Nail and Spa

I moved to California, MD 6 months ago. I have been to 3-4 other nail salons in California, none of which impressed me. Every time I would go, within a day or 2 the corners were breaking and the polish was chipping. No one knew how to file them down so the edges and corners aren’t sharp and pointy. Then I walked into Zen Nail and Spa and sat down with Michelle. She completely fixed my nails. They’re now as good as they were before I moved. Edges are smooth and rounded. No more catching them on things and breaking or chipping. 3 days in and they look amazing. I’ll never let anyone but Michelle do my nails again. Thank you 😊

I visited this nail salon for a pedicure and was initially pleased with the service. The staff were friendly. However, I was disappointed to discover that I developed toenail fungus shortly after my visit. This experience has not only caused me physical discomfort but also required additional treatment, which was unexpected and costly. I hope the salon takes this feedback seriously and improves their sanitation practices.

Probably one of the best pedicures I ever got. But this fill is awful. You can literally see where the fill is. This is the most lopsided French tips and LUMPYYYY polish. The fill started chipping a day after (these pictures are 4 days later). I will NEVER get my nails done here (probably gonna go back for a pedicure though).

NEVER go here. My daughter went in to get her toes painted and a full set of regular acrylic. The acrylics were crooked and not shaped right, and he missed multiple spots with the polish. She wanted a SIMPLE jack-o-lantern design he made it splotchy, & the lines were not straight AT ALL. He was also going so fast and was insanely sloppy. She genuinely thinks he was on something. They were rude when she told them she was unhappy and this is the worst part: rather than soaking off the nails when she didn’t want them, he RIPPED THEM OFF. He wiped the polish off, clipped them, and proceeded to just rip them off. He also made a comment about her skin tone being “too light.”

The day i got them done they looked good then the next day there was black dots on my nails which wasnt spouse to be there i got french tips classic with no design on them. I had talk to my bus driver since she is a nail tech about it and she said it look like there was something in the top coat or it didnt fully dry. The guy who was doing my nails was jumping from person to person which im not use to at all and now my nails look like they need a refill my pinky nail on my left hand look like its not fully filled in. Overall the customer service was good the guy told us it was going to be a 40 minute wait but turn out to 10-20 minutes wait they were friendly and tried making you laugh with a little small talk.
