I've had multiple massages with Ellisha at Zen and will continue to go back over and over again! She provides the type of massage you need- deep tissue, relaxation, lymphatic, hot stones- you name it, she can do it. She does a great job at listening to what your body needs and figuring out the way to make you feel your best! The environment at Zen is inviting and peaceful, and Rachel makes everyone feel welcome the minute they step through the door.

I was planning a girls weekend for a bachelorette party up in Traverse City. Contacted Rachel from Zen and let her know I would need someone to do 5-6 girls massage on a Saturday. They normally don't open Saturday but, she was willing to open her doors for us and help find others to come in as well. She went far above for a client she hasn't done before. In the end I had to cancel but the girls decided to do other things. I feel she deserved recognition for her outstanding professionalism for trying to help a girl plan a fun weekend. Without a doubt, Beth is the massage therapist I know. I will continuously shout her praises- she has great technique and learns new methods for deep tissue massage. Plus she loves her career! She also started to hire additional therapists in her office to cover extra clients. Jack is new and has his own technique that also targets deep tissue. Booking appointments is flexible between the two therapists. You will not be disappointed with either service! Best in the industry here :)
