We just walked out of this massage place at 1:05pm on February 16th. I don’t know what they are going through right now but We had the worst experience ever. We came in yesterday on February 15th to get a couples massage. They told us they were completely booked and we agreed to come back. My husband had previously talked to someone on the phone that said they were open availability and we could just walk in. We decided to give them another chance Today we came in at 11am and they told us they would take us today. We sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes before they finally took us to a room. Called and the receptionist was having a conversation with me and someone else in a different language. I then text them and ask to make an appointment for couples massage because there was a Groupon sale. We arrived and immediately had to pay. Which she wanted cash vs card. I zelled her. Was taken to a massage room and waited for about 20 mins. When the massage ladies arrived, her cell phone rang and she took the call. Super unprofessional. I booked a 60 min massage with 30 min facial and head spa. Well the massage was fine, but the facial and head spa was disappointing. The ladies massaged our heads for 2 mins, put a facial mask on us and said okay break time for 25 mins! Came back in removed the masks and cleaned our faces off and said okay thank you. If I could give zero stars I would! Regretting not reading more reviews before purchasing a Groupon! I purchased a Groupon to use on Sunday for a couples massage for 1 pm today Sunday 2/15. When I arrived first off was not greeted. Once they finally acknowledged me I explained I’m here for my 1pm appointment and I have a Groupon. The woman than asked if I had called her to make the appointment because that’s the only way to book. I told her yes I actually did call 4 times with no answer before going online to see if I could book and was able to. She thanked me proceeds to turn me away saying they don’t allow the use of the Groupons on weekends on weekdays because they are so busy. My husband and I booked a last minute couples massage. We used a Groupon that for a 1 hour massage, plus 30 minute facial and head massage. Unfortunately we don't remember their names but they did an amazing job. We had the full hour and 30 minutes, they didn't shorten our time. The room was peaceful and the music was calming. They asked if we had problem areas and they made sure to focus on those. They asked about pressure through out and helped stretching out certain areas of my shoulders. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing afternoon.

Terrible terrible service. What was supposed to be a couples massage for my wife and I turned into 30 minute argument with the receptionist. Receptionist couldn’t communicate in English so i could barely understand anything which led to a lot of confusion upon entering . My appointment was at 10:30am. I was running a late so I texted them that I would be running late and asked if it was possible to move the appointment to 11:00am. The reply to this message was “ok”. Screenshots attached.
