Buy the monthly membership & thank me later! First off, Monica is an absolute treasure. I have been following her for her classes at two different locations now for the past few years. I was THRILLED her dream came true & she opened her own (GORGEOUS) studio. I truly detest any form of exercise & found yoga, which I LOVE because it’s not only great exercise it is also a form of meditation & slowing down - which I desperately need in my busy life. I am also thrilled that her studio is not a hot yoga studio. I adore yoga, but I cannot handle hot yoga. It gives me headaches & as someone who easily gets heatstroke ever since I was a kid I can’t do it. I’d buy a yoga membership other places & because so many studios are hot or ONLY hot I could only attend one or maybe two classes a week. With Z

I have bought a couple yoga packages now and I have loved every class I’ve tried so far! Monica is super sweet and l’ve always found her classes to be very welcoming.

I started with a couple Yin Yoga classes and I'm hooked! The perfect midweek pause and self care time. I went in high strung and stressed and left an hour later relaxed and restored. The studio is lovely and Monica is amazing. So excited to have Zen Den in Waverly! Can't wait to try more classes!
