The massage & relaxation was amazing! However, when it came time to pay I tipped 10% to which the lady replied, " Can you tip more, our policy is 20%." I was taken back & told her no that's all I have. To which she replied, it's okay you can pay it next time. There will be no next time. That's what I tip for nails. The service is already high. Not to mention there was no such policy posted anywhere. Do they not understand how rude this is? They lost someone who would have been a loyal customer out of greed. ***Update, ignore the companies commentary below. The tipping info wasn't offered as general information because I didn't ask for it & when the worker ask more than 1x if I can tip more or have more money it's just extremely rude & pushy . Fay was absolutely incredible!!!! Her technique was both therapeutic and extremely relaxing. The environment was very serene and the facility was very clean. I typically book a foot massage every other week locally where I live, but have now used this location three times and I’m definitely a fan!I will most definitely continue coming back.

Wonderful chair massage! They don’t advertise it but only place in Tomball where I could find a chair massage. Great pressure and good price for 30 min. Will come back weekly! I mostly need my shoulders/neck and back worked on so I don’t care for a full table massage so a chair massage is perfect.

Loved the massage, very well done. Did not like the office service, 10% tip was not good enough they demanded 20%, I said I'm not giving anymore and I definitely won't be back. I would have, they would have had a dependable client with me, but due to thinking they are entitled says enough for me. There are plenty others in the Area who would love a loyal customer and be happy for their service and what they feel the need to tip.... BE CAREFUL

Massage was booked same day which was very convenient. I requested a firm massage and indicated an area I wanted more focus on because it’d been hurting. Massage was amazing, pressure perfect, and walked out with the pain in my back significantly lessened! Will return!
