Zen Den

Last night was my first visit to the Zen Den & I was beyond impressed! Lindsey was super communicative leading up to my appt & gave me a warm welcome once I arrived. The space is warm & inviting; I felt relaxed & wasn’t worrying about the hustle bustle of my day. My 90 min massage was definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. I loved the way Lindsey incorporated aromatherapy & mindfulness techniques to enhance the experience I was aiming for. I was pleasantly surprised when my massage was over, Lindsey invited me to choose a “self-care card” to continue the vibe at home once I left. I loved this added bonus! I would rate Zen Den 100 stars if I could. Marissa has a true gift and has changed my life. I stumbled upon the Zen Den and decided to do a reiki session, I’ve been going every 2 weeks since. I would recommend a reiki session to EVERYONE. It’s a truly transformative experience every time.

This was my second massage session with Lindsey and I already booked my next appointment. I did the Chakra/Hot Stone Massage is time, which was absolutely amazing. I felt fantastic and so relaxed. During the massage I could feel the energy flowing throughout my whole body...and removing the stresses of the day. I was able to sleep restfully and peaceful that night.
