Zen Den Massage Studio

Jen is fantastic. She really knows her stuff! I was dealing with some knee pain and she helped identify the problem and encouraged me to see a specialist. She’s very intuitive about which areas of the body need the most work and attention. I highly recommend Zen Den!

I hesitated to give a 5-star, as this was my first professional massage. But Jen was wonderful and deserves it! She spent time getting to know me and my lifestyle before even getting into my 90 minute session. She was upfront about her style (less brute force, more purposeful). Atmosphere was plenty relaxing, I never came close to feeling uncomfortable. I came out not only feeling like I had a significant boost in "space" within my body, but also far more educated in how to continue to take care of body on my own and otherwise. Conversation was comfortable and controlled by my willingness to converse. Never felt forced to do so, or like I wasn't supposed to. All-in-all, definitely a 5 star experience and will be returning to continue with other parts of the body.

Whether it’s for relaxation or to work on my problem areas, she has me walking out feeling like a million bucks! She gives me tips to help manage the tightness and soreness I’m always looking for her to fix. Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. 100% recommend.

I was in desperate need for relief from pain when I found Zen Den on Maps. Convenient location and relaxing the minute you walk in. The waiting area and massage rooms are comfortable. Jamie is a miracle worker! She was able to fit me in for a short massage and I walked out feeling amazing!

Jennifer creates the most serene and personal experience and she has magic hands that are soothing, calming and find the problem areas. She is communicative and make the massage experience healing and personal.
