Zen Den Massage Boerne

Listen!!!!! I have NEVER had a massage that made me cry! Not, from pain, but from literally releasing tension that held emotions. I've heard that muscles hold "stuff" but I've never bought into that mindset. However, today, I am a witness that with the right massage therapist, you can experience Therapy! I suffer from Migraines and as she was working, I could feel areas in my head that hurt during my migraine. Even though she was working an area that I never would have associated with a migraine!! Zen Den is DEFINITELY a place I will go out of my way to visit when I am on my way to Victoria TX or San Antonio! Thank you for the physical and emotional release!!! I now know that medicine is not the only relief!!!

Zen Den is a great massage studio. Brenda did an amazing job and made sure to work on my sore areas. The facility is clean and comfortable. They don't rush you or make you feel like they need to get another client in right away. Very professional and courteous service!

I went and had a prenatal massage with a same day appointment. Merry was absolutely amazing and so nice, I would definitely recommend this place whether you've had a massage before or this is your first time!

My Mom and I spent the weekend in Boerne for her 65th birthday. I scheduled a couples massage for the 2 of us. Everything from start to finish with the ZenDen was perfect. Seamless scheduling, great communication. The team is very organized and communicative. And WOW - we were blown away by how amazing our massages were. It was so relaxing and a perfect touch to the weekend. We will DEFINITELY be back!

The Zen Den is a marvelous place for healing, transformation and relaxation. I have seen Lynn for massage therapy for years and she is hands down the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve tried many and Lynn is by far the most knowledgeable and capable of getting me the results I seek. She is so incredibly intuitive that I don’t even have to tell her what I need. My body always feel cleared and transformed after a session with her. I highly recommend her and any of the therapists she recommends.
