I got box braids, my hair was done very sloppy, parts all different kinds of sizes, it was 2 people in my head but 1 was braiding tight and neat & the other was loose the box’s aren’t neat , the ends of my braids was curled messy, I asked for tight it’s lose and all over the place 1 week with the braids and they look old

Bad customer service, didn’t handle my head with care. Seem as if she had a attitude while doing my hair. Also Lied about having a customer because they don’t like to do touch ups but why not just say that , I’m spending 80 dollars still which is half of full price. I’m spending my hard earned money like any other customer. Should have the same respect and I was there first.

Selma is a nice Lady, but she played me, & now I have to have to finish my own hair, when I'm leaving town for something very important. I made the appointment a week ago, & she call me the day before to say she forgot she had another appointment, (I think she lied) so my appointment was pushed up 4 hours, & I still had to wait over an hour when I got there. The shop is fifty, & terribly outdated. They should be ashamed. I wouldn't go here.

I bought my own hair and took it in there to get to feed in French braids. Not only did they keep the majority of my hair. This hairstyle should have lasted 2 weeks it is not even lasted 72 hours the braids are messy they are all twisted and the hair is coming out I definitely am going back there today to demand my money back or that they redo my hair
