Been looking for someone to help ease my pain on my neck and arms. I am an ultrasound tech and after 8 years of scanning I have developed ulnar nerve compression. I was nervous but Zach was very nice and welcoming. He listened to my area of pain. He is very knowledgable. He used cupping along with gua sha to help with my tensed areas. He was able to release my tension and my husband was able to stay with me. Zach truly has hands of gold but feels like steel lol you will not be disappointed please book ASAP. I will be returning! I've been seeing Zack for about six years and even followed him from his old practice to his current (in a non-stalker way)- I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone looking for a non-traditional massage that blends in more of a physical therapy approach. He is incredibly knowledgable, professional and fairly priced, which is hard to find in NYC. Every ailing shoulder, back, lower body issue (post-op, etc) that I've dealt with, Zack has fixed in literally one session. He utilizes a variety of techniques including cupping, active release, and more to address strains & tightness in a different way. He is an artisan of bodily maintanence, a friend & confidant with strong yet honest hands. You simply don't realize yet what you're missing out on.

Zach is simply the best. He concentrates on a problem and actually listens. He is super attentive and knowledgeable. He knows how to find a perfect balance between strong but relaxing touch. Also , very professional.

All I can say if it wasn’t for this guy I with still be in pain. His truly very good and professional his whole family our licensed Physical therapist .
