Absolutely highly recommend this location. Subia is THE BEST. She has been threading my eyebrow for over 3 years. She is kind, considerate and listens to me when I tell her what I like. She is personable and very professional. I would not go to anyone else. I am a mom of 3 young children and I plan my time accordingly so that I can have my eyebrows done only by the best. Bad customer service every time I go. This most recent time, had an appointment for 7PM and wasn't seen until 7:25. When the lady came out she asked me if another customer who hadn't been waiting as long could be seen first because her service wouldn't take as long. I will say they are good with eyebrow threading but they are never good with waxing any area, they always leave hair behind.

I went yesterday to get a full leg wax and they left many areas with hair. it's not the first time. Before, I used to take friends and family to do their eyebrows and now no one wants to go because you have to be lucky for someone to leave it right. and I did not take a picture of how my leg was full of wax on the way home

Mandeep is the best. Every time I go to get my eyebrows done, I am so happy with the result. The Zara Brow Bar is my one and only place to go and get my eyebrows done.

Services in Plymouth meeting branch are amazing. I absolutely loved the way owner took care of my eyebrows. One in Exton is good but does not take card payments.
