Poor quality and unprofessional customer service. I showed them pic on the right for reference and asked if they could replicate this exact look. The technician said yes. The picture on the left is the outcome :( Looks like a very cheap knock-off version of what I asked for. The technician waited until the end of our session to tell me she didn’t have the right type of glitter for the look. I paid $100 for something I absolutely hate. When I was checking out, the manager asked how much I’d like to leave for tip. I said $5. She tried to shame me into paying more, chastising me loudly. I apologized but said, “Again, I’m really unhappy with these results, it’s hard for me to justify a full tip.” Neither offered to fix the issue — they just let me leave unhappy with my results. Awful experience. First of all the service was pretty rude and unfriendly, which is fine if I walk away with good nails but that was not at all the case. My nails came out with very uneven lengths and just not a lot of care went into it. Also the skin on my pinky was cut and no word was said. After only 1 WEEK my gel was absolutely disgusting. It started to change color and like deteriorate?? I’d recommend Lys nails nearby which is much cheaper ($33 gel + $2 removal) and they take much better care and my nails look way better.

I was hesitant about an $80 fill at first, but it was gel, and the most meticulous and clean manicure I’ve had in a long time! If you need a flawless and thorough manicure, I definitely recommend!

Amazing service oh my god amazing work my nails look so beautiful for my New Year’s party tomorrow so festive and wintery. The nails are such good quality and gorgeous color. This was my first time going to this salon and I am honestly just so wowed away. As for the facility the place was clean and neat and the bathroom was sanitary and spacious. In all honestly i have nothing but good things about Zambala and reccomend it to anyone thinking of getting their nails done here.

Had such a great experience here! The salon is spotless and incredibly clean. Also super affordable priced compared to other nail salons in the neighborhood. Jackie did an amazing job with my gel manicure - I’m normally picky about the shape and she did such an awesome job and was such a pleasure to chat with. Will definitely come again!
