I've been coming here for 23 years. My previous stylist was wonderful- Linda, but she retired a few years ago. Thankfully, Wendy took me on as a client. The transition to Wendy was seamless because she is as great as Linda was, both very professional, do fantastic work, are kind & caring and listen to their clients. I love the look of the salon since the renovations - everything looks absolutely beautiful & updated! When renovations first started, I thought the black & white theme might be a "cold" atmosphere, but not at all!! The only thing I don't like are the feel of the chairs. They are very nice looking but are hard & uncomfortable & have no lower back support. If I was taller, the upper back would be just as uncomfortable because the back is so short. I found myself squirming around

Wendy is absolutely amazing. I have been going to her for YEARS. She always does a GREAT job!! The 5 stars are for her! I am a little concerned about some of the remodeling decisions. The chairs are terribly uncomfortable including the shampoo bowl chairs. I have never had an issue with the water going down my back but now I do, to no fault of Wendy. The bowls and the salon chairs do not seem entirely functional. Just from my observation, it appears to make the stylists job harder then it already is. The comfort of the chairs is problem. I want to feel comfortable while at a salon and that is not the case. The chairs don't go high enough and also are EXTREMELY FIRM and hard to sit in for more then just a couple of minutes.

I have been getting my hair cut for years at this location. My stylist is always consistently giving me a great cut. The salon has made some recent changes with updates in decor and painting. A definite plus. However, the chairs were recently replaced and seem low in quality. Not a deal breaker for me. I come back for a great haircut!

Five star ratings are for the stylists. I've been a customer over 20 years. With new owners comes new cheap chairs. They are hard and hurt my back. Also foot rest flimsy. I was afraid to use for fear it would break. New sinks are uncomfortable and you have to stretch your neck to get a good rinse. The new interior painting is a fresh change and looks nice.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The stylists are so rude, rough with your hair, and don’t care at all about what you ask for. Heard this place was better back in the day, but save your money now and go somewhere nicer.
