We drove 40 minutes to come here just to be sold a completely different wig than the one my mother chose on the mannequin and lost $165. The one on the mannequin was brown not black and much thinner with absolutely no baby hairs. We were told it looked like that and darker because it was new in the box but when my mother tried it on after we finally got back home she cried, she said it looked terrible and that it was a completely different wig. The hair on the one we were sold had a lot more thickness which did not sit right at all even when styled, my mother has worn wigs for years and never has she gotten one like this. We thought the guy was nice but I guess he was just trying to sell us whatever and make us believe it. Of course it’s no refunds so there’s nothing we can do about it but

The only hair store I go to, they always have great customer service and they have everything. I ended up winning a free 13x6 28in wig!!! It is very good quality and really full!!

This store is so clean and the staff is nice! LOVE that they have a lot of cute human hair wigs on hand. They have some that already come styled too, which I don’t see often in beauty supply stores. Tyrone helped me a lot with pricing and different options for the lace wigs. This is my favorite beauty supply store in Gastonia now.

This store has EVERYTHING beauty!! The staff is super friendly, the selection hot🔥🔥 and the prices are budget friendly. I would my mother, my friends, heck maybe even my enemy (if she looked bad) to come here because they will definitely have something to make you even more fabulous. This was my first visit, but I can guarantee it won't be my last, they have a new customer for life. My ONLY suggestions is that they step up their crochet box braid selection, other than that no complaints. If your in or around Spencer then this is DEFINITELY a place to check out😊
