I will be honest, the prices here are really cheap for a massage place. They do a really good job and try their best despite the language barrier, I loved my first time here and they've been here since I was a kid in the area! The one star reviews just contain people who are upset they got a massage for a good price and was offered more services than expected. 💀 To Misty: if you had the time to leave a shitty one star review, you could've had time to use that critical thinking towards pulling out Google Translate.

My wonderful daughter, God bless her, treated me to a reflexology foot massage this afternoon. This took place in a dim and peaceful communal space on individual massage platforms. A warm blanket was spread over my body. My face, head, and neck were massaged very nicely, then a warm towel was placed under my neck. The gentleman massaged my arms, legs, and feet. My eyes had a towel covering them, which was nice. Only socks and shoes were removed, and pant legs rolled up. Shorts and a comfy short sleeve t shirt would have been best to wear in hindsight. Today I went to your establishment and have what I would consider to be the worst massage I've ever had. It started off okay, except for the fact that I, without warning, had lotion thrown on my face while I came therefor a foot massage, but lotion thrown all over my face, put in my hair, mind you, I have makeup on, did not expect to have lotion put all in my hair. I was given a massage that was unprofessional at best, elbow on the vertebrae of my spine to the point where I had to yell out in pain. No one spoke any English for us to tell them this was too hard or too soft or anything. We weren't asked any questions, we weren't given any directions other than turn over this way or that way. We tried to communicate but no one understood. Finally, when we left, we were asked to pay our $40,

I asked for a 60 min reflexology session not a full body session. The masseuse was great friendly attentive even detailed. My disappointment came when instead of receiving 60-minute feet massage I received a head shoulder arms back buttocks and so on massage. I would have honestly been super satisfied if the 60 minutes had been spent entirely on my feet. Why was this not the case? The business states clearly reflexology massage and they spent if at that10 minutes on my feet. In the future I will emphasize I would like the entire reflexology feet massage spent and focused on my feet and legs. I really did appreciate the masseuse she was super nice.
