Z Nails

I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I came in to get my nails done, and the nail tech was rushing the entire time, which resulted in one of my nails being noticeably shorter than the rest. In the middle of painting my nails, she literally stopped to go work on another customer, leaving me just sitting there. Eventually, the owner came over to finish my nails. She did not even clean up the nail polish she left around my nails. When I politely pointed out that one of my nails was shorter than the others, the owner’s response was dismissive and unprofessional. Instead of fixing it on the spot, she told me to come back tomorrow with a very nasty attitude — as if it was my fault their service was poor. Mind you, I had already been inconvenienced, and now they wanted me to rear

I come in here a lot and spend money in here. I always get my a pedicure, nails and eyebrows done. They are always rushing. U can be the only one in there and they still rush. Eyebrows was uneven and my Polish on my on my was uneven. Guess it's time to find somewhere to go.

Went to get pedicures with my man and my parents. They took great care of us on a Sunday. Terri, An, and Wanda are wonderful! Wanda even waxed moms brows! Good prices. Good service. Clean. We will go again.

Do not come here. They have no patience to understand what you want, and they don't really care. I told them my nails were discolored cooking with turmeric (very slighty in the pic), did they have a scrub or lemon. They said, no, only the drill. Once I said 'no thank you to the drill on my natural nail they dried my hands and told me I couldn't get a manicure 🤷🏽‍♀️. I'm wondering why I can't just get the manicure? She's already packing me up to go sit somewhere else while my pedi is still wet. My response, 'do what's comfortable for you' cause apparently what's comfortable for me doesn't matter.

I'm so in shock and offended. Came to this HORRIBLE place because I'm new to the area. They started my nails and cut them really short and said that they charged $50 (that is the price WITHOUT any gel products). When I asked exactly exactly how much each add-on would be they refused to finish my nails (that were already glued on). I said that I was in a rush and I would pay the $50 without any extras. They then said that the guy who started my nails did not know how to do acrylic out gel powder so I would need to leave. I got the sense that (because I'm a BLACK woman) they thought that I wouldn't pay and just decided to stop all services, rudely, and have me leave with glued on tips. This is the nail salon across from Greenbrier Mall in the Kroger plaza. DO NOT GO THERE!!! I'm really st
