Whatever products used to wash and deep condition my hair stripped away my hair color which was red. Instead of them telling me my hair turned back to a brassy copper mixed with streaks of red they continued to move along until I peaked in the mirror and saw the horror. They accused me of coming in the salon with my hair like this which was a complete lie and repeatedly told me I’m lying until they reviewed their ring camera footage and saw my hair was indeed red and even after that they were rude and took no accountability. They said hair color would be $200+. They insisted on putting me under the dryer again so they could finish my hair after I had been at the salon already for 2 hours. At this point my hair was multiple colors and straightening it wasn’t going to get my hair color back

Okay, so honestly I enjoyed the process from the hair wash, deep conditioning, roller set, dry, trim, and finally the press. However I have illusion hair where the natural state is full and thick but heat my hair is thin... so my finish outcome is based on the style. I wasn't a fan of the end for MY HEAD but for those thick dense hair girls YOU WILL LOVE. Over all I feel this was an amazing experience and I will be back cause they care about the health of hair.

Absolutely the WORSE hair salon I've ever been too! I got my hair flat iron 4 weeks ago on March 15th to be exact, Im been natural for 4 years now. My hair health is very important to me, so important when I came to this establishment i provided my own shampoo, conditioner, and heat protectant. I did not want to use any of their products because I wanted to ensure I kept my curl pattern. I also asked my mother to come with me because she constantly comes to this hair salon and recommended it. I asked her to talk to the older lady and tell her all I wanted was a flat iron and wash NOTHING MORE! I’m not sure what she did to my hair, but my hair is completely fried!!! There are absolutely no curls and it’s straight pieces everywhere, mind you I’ve used the same products before and I’ve also

I went in for just a shampoo NO silk press. Just a shampoo because I was getting my hair braided the next day. The stylist insisted on straightening it so I said ok no charge. Since it was so strait I didn’t get the braids. Fast forward to a couple weeks later I got to wash it and notice a relaxer smell and a weird texture. I have been natural for years no chemicals what so ever. Straight pieces everywhere hair feels dry and straw like. This was my first time ever going in and i specifically said no silk press shampoo only.
