Y&Z Nail Spa

I went in today wanting to see prices or pictures of lash extensions because there are none on the website or anything. When I went in I said I wanted very natural lashes she said for some reason that wouldn’t work on my lashes. So I said I’m fine with just leaving but she insisted she would make it worked I showed a picture of what I wanted and she said she could do that. I look at my lashes when she was done and they were first nothing like the picture and second very unnatural. I asked if we could redo them she said yes. They were sadly not much better but I just said I liked them because I’m always scared of them getting mad that I don’t like them. So I paid and walked out. Well not even 30 minutes into having them they were very uncomfortable with a pulling feeling and just poking. I

The staff are very nice but it seemed like everyone was just prepping nails for one lady to apply the product. I asked for french tip and they look terrible. Although it's my fault for not speaking up that I didn't like the nails while they were doing them. And it seems since the fad is long nails you're not able to get very short nails anymore. I'm mostly disappointed in the French tip being half way up my nail bed. And how rushed the only lady doing the nails was. She was very nice but seemed to be going for speed rather than quality.. I honestly wish I hadn't wasted my money because I'm going to file these down and paint over them.

Y&Z Nail Spa was very clean, updated, and had a great selection of colors. I did have difficultly clarifying/confirming which service I wanted and the price to pay, but that happens. All the girls were nice and I am happy with my nails. I rarely go to salons so this may be normal, but they do add on an extra 5% fee if you opt to use card. Their prices aren’t available online so I’ve added pictures of the service menu as well.

Staff is nice but not pleased at all with the quality of my nails. For one I hate when I ask for gel and they put the dip on the foundation. Second I asked if she could do the picture that I showed and she said yes; however, as shown in the picture they are not well done. Finally it has not even been 5 days and my nails are coming up and chipping and getting stuck in my hair. She also cut me on two of my fingers.

Originally I went in there for acrylic but they were busy, the nail technician offered something close to acrylic and I LOVE IT. I’m obsessed with my nails! She did such a good job! Definitely coming back in the future.
