DO NOT GO HERE! I have politely made it clear that I do not want threading and every time I am completely ignored. Then I'm asked 3-5 questions why I don't like it and afterwards they will continue telling me it's better and more healthy?! After she finally waxed my brows she still brought out that string and proceeded to tell me she's going to thread them anyways. It felt more like assault than an eyebrow waxing. I gave 3 chances. 👎🏼

5 stars- I love the service that Yvonne provides. She's clean, professional, kind and she does an excellent job with threading my entire face. She knows that my face is very sensitive as a result she is very careful and delicate with my face. I appreciate the way she treats her customers like family. It's wonderful to support our small local women owned business. Her team does a nice job and they are always consistent which is hard to find! Good parking, convenient location and positive environment.

I’ve been growing my eyebrows out for over a year. I recently moved and needed to find a new place and walked in. I told the lady I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up, not thin, I was growing them out. She took off half my eyebrows!!!! All that work, all that time I put into my eyebrows!! When I got home and looked in the mirror it was even worse than I thought. The general shape has even been changed!!! have to start all over again now and it just makes my heart sink! I should have known with the speed she went through my eyebrows that something was amiss. I’ll never go back here ever!

I have been going to Riya for 6/7 years to do my threading. She’s great at what she does & I do not nor do I plan on going to anyone else. Her new place is very nice, clean and spacious!! Today, was the first time I got lashes done by her. I wish I went to her for lashes long before knowing how professional she is with her business doing brows all of these years. I will definitely continue doing lashes by her. & will be a long life customer.

I got my eyebrows done and riya made me feel so bad cause I’ve literally been coming to this lady to get my eyebrows threaded for over 4 years so I had to show my girl some love. She’s wonderful at what she does, she’s always on time and so polite. I’ve never had any complaints about her service! Thank you ma’am! You’re the greatest and her daughter is just as great! You have to go!!!!!
