i’ve been coming here for my nails and i’m always so happy with how they turn out. Carolina is the one who does my nails and she’s honestly the sweetest and so talented. she really takes her time and makes sure everything looks perfect. i always leave in love with my nails 🥰🥰

The nail art was really pretty, but for the price I paid, I expected better durability. The rhinestones started falling off in under two weeks and the French tip paint is already scratching off. Overall nice design, just not what I expected quality-wise for $80. now that Im seeing the images and remembering she didn't even cut my cuticles...

so I recently went just to get a gel manicure and pedicure and one lady took forever to attend to me and when I had an appointment, she actually said it was later. The next thing you know, she had two people after I had been waiting to get my nails done after I got my toes done my toe lady was great and the hair people. I’ve had a great experience. It’s literally just the people who do manicures who do not doing good and the most recent time I went I got left with my nail chipped so I would definitely not recommend going here for manicures, but for pedicures and getting her hair done I would definitely recommend going here

I always get my toes done here, so far so good, the last day i went there i saw one of the girls doing the most beautiful hand nails ever so today i decided to go and ask for her and everything wrong, because they told me they have an order to follow that way girls get clients equally which i fully understand even though i was disappointed i understand so i still decide to get the manicure done with this lady, since i sat there i explained to her how i wanted them i even show her a example and i know that it’s never going to be the same as the picture of course, but at least make try to do it as similar, she didn’t even try, i’m very people pleaser and i don’t like telling people how to do there job, but it was an absolute mess that i had to tell her several times that she was cutting nail

absolutely unprofessional 😵‍💫 i walked in and asked for just gel polish since i was with my baby and did not want to be there for long .. because there are strong chemicals in the air. guatemalan basically forced me to get a pedicure.. so i did .. i had stated i tried to nail polish my nails the day before, and gave up bc they came out bad.,, and she still had the audacity to ask why they came out the way they did.. and she was just judging my nails saying they were so small and they had lots of skin.. and she literally made mostly all my toes bleed.. 😑 she said it was bc i have sensitive skin.. which i do not i have done my nails plenty of times and this is literally the first time that ever happened! she was just pissing me off with all her comments.! i told her i would only do my toes s
