If I could give this lady zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional! The 1st time I went to her it was okay but the 2nd time I set up an appt for 9am and got to the shop exactly at 9am and she wasn't there. I call her to see where she was and she said she left because I wasn't there. Not only did I get there at exactly 9am but she didn't call, text or email (of course she doesn't have the email option) so I end up not being able to get my hair done until after 12 noon and I was on my way out of town. This 3rd time I set up an appt for 6pm and had plans for a late night event that I couldn't go too because she is so unprofessional that she set up an appt for someone else at 4pm and cancelled mine on the same day without telling me. Excellent service! I was lucky to find her on the internet. After reaching her. She said she would contact me after her Sunday Service and she did. Ask me what time did I wanna come , I told her and she was there to do my braids. Very nice and clean Environment! I can say . I was truly pleased with the service she provided!!!!!
