I don’t usually feel compelled to write reviews but this place struck the wrong tone with me right off the bat. I walk in with my daughter to get pedicures and a manicure for her and I wasn’t aware I had to “sign in” - giving them all personal information to a tablet so they can send spam emails. The said tablet was nowhere near the front desk which IMO makes no sense and the manager was frustrated with me that I didn’t see the tablet and him pointing in a vague direction for me to sign in from a far distance. He made a snide remark at my expense to a customer with whom he was giving a pedicure and they all laughed and made it a huge joke. I think that is totally unprofessional and disgusting behavior. I normally don't go here but I work near by and figured I'd try. It was by far the worst powder gel manicure I have ever had and I have been getting my nails done the same way for years. She completely butchered my nails. She filed the first one wrong when I said coffin so I pulled up a picture to show the shape I was looking for and she couldn't have done worse. It looks like a child did my nails. I've never written a review for anything but I am in shock at how terrible these are. That's putting aside the fact that she was painful, throwing my hands around and she cut my fingers while filing off the gel. Worst experience I have ever had. Don't let Tina touch your nails.

I’ve had the gel powder done here and my eyelashes done and I’ve been very satisfied with both the service is quick and I like massage you receive will getting your nails done and it is very clean and professional
