Yu Spa and Massage

Went there and was told $150 for a couples massage so my husband and I decided to go check it out for my birthday. They ended up charging us almost $240 and kept demanding more money even though we counted it all correctly. Also I left feeling extremely sore and with a massive headache. My husband feels fine.

I was just talking to somebody about their a spo. When I asked what all do they offer , their response was that they only offer full body massage. So I had to ask myself why would I want to come here? They don’t offer facials ; they don’t offer detox. They just offer massages. I called several other spas and they offer a multitude of packages. .it’s my birthday and I am wanting a long, deep, relaxing soothing body massage….; a facial

The service wasn’t the best I couldn’t relax due to all the workers talking to each other loud then you leave out my room 4x. The audacity to think you keep all customers change when they come in with big bills then the audacity to get mad because your tip was $10 . All the workers stare you down like you stole something smh .You know what I will take my coins somewhere where it’s appreciated. They Not recommended unprofessional.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. I walked in and asked for a list of their services and the receptionist said it wasn't a list. I asked how much for 1 hour and she said $75. I gave her the $75 for the massage. After the lady came into the room, she wanted to charge me another $35 for some hot stones so I agreed because my lower back were in pain. I went to my car to get the other $35. I had a $50 bill, so whenever I gave her the $50 bill, she tried to keep my change as a tip without asking. This place need to be off limits and closed down.The worst service I ever.

When I called to ask for pricing and availability I was quoted a price of $55.00 for an hour massage. When I got there 30 minutes later, the price was $75.00 an hour. After a long conversation I decided to agree to the price since it was Sunday and no other appointments were available. The massage was given with little to no effort and then the masseuse asked if I wanted hot rocks I agreed. When she was Don she ran my card for $95.00. She's said the rocks were an additional $35.00 but gave me a price break. RIP-OFF... DO NOT GO THERE!... You are fairly warned of my experience...
