I scream her praises to anyone that will listen. She knows her stuff and can give you a relaxing message, or a deep tissue, and everything in between. She means the world to me!

Stephie Jo has been providing sports massage for my wife and I for over a year. She always finds whatever is ailing us and gets us back on the road. We both run and are very active and she helps us stay that way. In a word she's "awesome"! It doesn't hurt that her prices are very reasonable as well. Hint: go for the 90 minute massage. It's a great deal!

I booked appt.online undecided on type of massage to get. During consultation I expressed interest in hot stone massage and was informed they were not available for use. We discussed my health/medical issues with chronic pain and agreed to proceed with deep tissue massage. When initial contact with my skin began his hands were cold. As he continued massaging my body, he moved to troublesome area and pressed down firmly causing me to flinch in pain. I noted on the form I prefer med-firm pressure, but not on the areas causing me pain! The musical selections and linens need improvement. Instrumentals over Enya's vocals anytime. Linens had pilling and pulled threads. During the massage I heard a door open & close many times in addition to overhearing a conversation. Not a tranquil experience.

I love Stephanie's work. I always feel better. Then I'm ready to over do it again so she can work on me some more.
