I have been receiving massages from Ysanne for the last 5+ years, every other week. It has helped reduce my stress level, maintain my mobility, and improve my general physical and mental health. Ysanne can always seem to find those knotted and tight areas that need attention and work them out. She is also a lovely person, kind, and helpful, and put me to ease at the outset.

I never had a massage before and never took the time for it and I heard about Ysanne from someone else who sees her and thought I would give it a shot because I have a lot of spasm and tightness and have trouble sleeping, among other things. I went for a massage and told her to do what she thought she should do and I couldn't believe how much better I felt! She has years of experience and I find going once a month is really important for me to stay this way and continue feeling good. I think if everybody got massages we may all be kinder to one another!
