Youthful You Day Spa

I have severe PTSD due to my military service and am challenged anywhere out in public. The ladies at Youthful You Day Spa are so welcoming and create a calm, welcoming atmosphere. I’ve had facials and eyebrow tinting here and loved the results. The owner is one of the kindest, generous people I’ve ever met and has a gentle touch and demeanor in explaining the service you are receiving. Her daughter at reception greeted me with a cheerful smile and assisted me right away. I have a lot of body pain especially in my back from being a paratrooper so she recommended a massage. I love this place and I'm not just saying that bc I work there. Toni is absolutely AMAZING with nails. Tracey the owner is GREAT, I was finally brave enough to try laser hair removal and she made it a great experience! I heard there's an AWESOME massage therapist there too, I just wish I could have an out of body experience and massage myself there! 😁

I had permanent eye liner done here from a Groupon. The Groupon entitled me to an application session and one follow up session for touch ups. The place was clean and the owner was very friendly. The technician thoroughly explained the process and everything appeared clean. Unfortunately, she didn’t apply the ink evenly during the first visit, which I didn’t initially notice with all the swelling, ink smears, and bleeding. When I went back for my follow up, I asked her to make them a little thicker and straighten out the uneven areas but she told me that would be additional costs. I refuse to pay more for something I don’t love. Very disappointed.

To preface this, I previously drove an hour to get my nails done by Tonii at Youthful You because she is a talented nail tech. However, the customer service at the salon is HORRIBLE. The day of my service (acrylic refill), I called the salon to confirm my appointment & made the salon aware that I am driving from far. The salon confirmed my appointment. I did not hear anything else from them. I drove to my appointment just to be informed that Tonii left early due to sickness. Yet, no one notified me. I expressed my frustration about driving a long distance and not being provided a service and they had little to no remorse.
