RUN DON'T WALK FROM THIS PLACE. HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE. I am leaving this review to others who want to go book an appointment to this facility. Do yourself a favor don't. I booked over the phone Botox injections and even prepaid for them, once I was there, the nurse, not sure if she was even a RN, tried to pull a bait and switch on me. She tried to inject me with Xeomin instead of Botox, This is illegal. The patient should have a choice whether or not they want that as a injection. The nurse tried to play it off like" Oh I didn't know I thought this is what you wanted". Totally incompetent. I stop this procedure and demand my refund. Please let me add the exam rooms were so filthy. Medication’s lying out, used syringes, and dirt on the exam tables. The health department
